Service Description
*1 hour yoga session *Bring your own mat/water bottle/additional yoga accessories *Blend of Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Pranyama yoga - Adult yoga (beginner - intermediate) includes an hour session broken down into warm up stretches, yoga flow, and cool down meditation. -Kid friendly yoga includes an hour session broken down into short sections designed to keep children age 5-13 focused. 15 minute yoga flow, 10 minute partner yoga, intro to meditation, and free draw session at the end. - Yoga as therapy (usually for seniors ages 60+) broken down into a warm up, arms, core, legs, cool down, and intro to meditation with a free draw session at the end Price is based off of travel, the size of the space, approx how many people, and age group. Base price: $10 per person for adults. 5 person min // 40 person max $15 per person for kids ages 5 - 13. 5 person min // 15 person max Yoga as therapy (usually for seniors ages 60+) $15 per person Use the ZOOM link after submitting a booking form or the CONTACT tab to start a CONSULTATION via email
Cancellation Policy
Price is based off of travel, the size of the space, approx how many people, and age group. Base price: $10 per person for adults. 5 person min // 40 person max $15 per person for kids ages 5 - 13. 5 person min // 15 person max Yoga as therapy (usually for seniors ages 60+) $15 per person *$20 non-refundable retainer fee due 2 weeks before event date. Remaining amount due 72 hours before event date.*
